Founder
US Army veteran, Rob Riley, served as a corporal in the Maryland State Police for 20+ years before retiring to Hill Country. While working with MSP, Rob would travel to other countries on short-term mission trips each year. These trips often focused on building projects for the missionaries and their communities. Now he’s brought his heart for service and great quality work to everyday life.
He leads the team in efficient yet effective productivity, high quality work and lots of laughs.
Strategist
His wife, Janice Riley, managed a business incubator in Hagerstown, Maryland for six years after working for a software startup, where she did everything except code. In her role as manager of the Technical Innovation Center, she worked with local government employees, economic developers and local education institutions to support startups and small businesses as they launched and grew their companies. Janice brings the strategic planning and executive management knowledge to DRC. She now serves on the board of Hill Country Women in Business and Sophia’s Hope Ranch.
